Job Description

Job Description : 

  1. Research accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest through calls and research.
  2. Updating and database management.
  3. Support marketing-related activity & projects.
  4. Support in creative/design marketing content needs.
  5. To assist in managing the PSC (live chat) chatbot.
  6. To assist in the generation of leads reports for ERP. 

Requirements :

  1. Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Business studies.
  2. Strong communication skills, resilience and polite.
  3. Good command of spoken and written English, ability to also converse in Mandarin is a plus.
  4. Able to work under pressure, set the priority of work and meet timelines.
