To lead and manage the Sales Department in execution of marketing strategy and undertaking of driving business performance for the Company by strategizing, planning, implementing and marketing activities.
Involving in development and implementation of sales strategies so that the sales target can be achieved.
To market our range of product to all existing and new customers.
Maintain a good relationship with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
To monitor, maintain and improve the service quality to ensure customers’ satisfaction.
To approach potential customers in promoting the products.
Generate new sales enquiries and expand market potential to meet performance targets.
To monitor and ensure timely payment collection.
Prepare customer’s quotations, secure orders and ensure goods are properly delivered.
Follow up and upkeep the sales records.
To compile monthly sales reports.
To assist in order and ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.
Candidate with qualification of Diploma in Sales / Marketing / Business or equivalent will be an added advantage.
At least 2 years working experience in related field.
Preferably with leadership qualities and sales experiences in the FMCG industry.
Self-motivated and willingness to taking-up new challenges.
Good entrepreneurial skills, strong business acumen, resourceful, trustworthy and integrity.
Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
