Job Description

  • Act as 1st Level Support & Troubleshooting.
  • Escalate in timely manner to 2nd & 3rd Level Support for any issue not able to resolve.
  • Ensure all incidents meet the MTTR.
  • Coordinate & supervise partners & team members for troubleshooting & preventive
    maintenance.
  • Prepare RFO & RCA based on per incident.
  • Onsite troubleshooting if required.
  • Communicate closely with TAC team and customer to ensure incident resolved with
    MTTR.
