- Act as 1st Level Support & Troubleshooting.
- Communicate with customer & partner to resolve issue.

- Escalated/update accordingly any severity event occurred according to the process and procedures.
- Participate in the Incident Management and Problem Management processes to follow up production issues and root cause analysis, resolution, and reporting.
- Maximize network availability by monitoring performance and troubleshooting network degradation and outages
- Prepare technical reports such as RFO, RCA, weekly reports, monthly reports.
