Job Description

  • Act as 1st Level Support & Troubleshooting.
  • Communicate with customer & partner to resolve issue.
  • Communicate closely with 2nd & 3rd Level engineer team to resolve issue
  • Escalated/update accordingly any severity event occurred according to the process and procedures.
  • Participate in the Incident Management and Problem Management processes to follow up production issues and root cause analysis, resolution, and reporting.
  • Maximize network availability by monitoring performance and troubleshooting network degradation and outages
  • Prepare technical reports such as RFO, RCA, weekly reports, monthly reports.
