Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Support customers in product design or design technical review
- Follow up products from the start of NPI project to the end and to identify areas for improvement
- Assist customers in technical support, delivery, cost savings and eventually leading to total customer satisfaction
- Lead in innovation of lead frame design and processing to meet customer’s unique requirements.
- Improve upon existing manufacturing processes for yield and output increase
- Performing other related duties as per assignment by management from time to time
Requirements :
- Bachelor or Master degree from a recognized university, preferably in Engineering or Science Meticulous and strong analytical ability
- Knowledge and experience in lithography, etching and plating manufacturing would be advantageous
- Leadership, analytical, meticulous, commitment, hardworking and able to get along well with others
- Mature and pleasant personality with highly energetic and enthusiastic
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to support oversea customers
