Job Description

  • Lead the team to plan for preventive maintenance & complete it on time.
  • Identify parts assembly requirements, determine parts assembly process activities, and carry out assemble process and record parts assemblies activities.
  • Liaise with contractor or supplier on projects/modification/improvement activities.
  • Ensure LOTO is used for all isolation work.
  • Ensure downtime is minimal by performing the job efficiently.
  • Always innovate and improve on the process and frequent breakdown.
  • Ready for on-call duty after working hour
  • Ensure sufficient spare parts at the inventory
  • Present monthly breakdown report and improvement.
  • Improves production efficiency and prevents breakdown.
  • Any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.
