IX Telecom is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our Service Delivery team. This role is key to ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience within the telecommunications industry and exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Resource & Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track project performance using appropriate metrics and tools.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, escalating critical issues to management as needed.
• Team Management:
  • Delegate tasks based on team members’ strengths and skills.
  • Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Documentation & Compliance:
  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and comprehensive.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and ensure continuous improvement in project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of proven project management experience, particularly in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• PMP/PRINCE II certification (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing teams and large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with project management software tools and best practices.
• Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, networking, and systems integration.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
