Job Description

  • Create and implement a HACCP plan and modify the GMP’s used in the food production.
  • Perform analytical tests on raw materials and finished products.
  • Work with production to make adjustments to batches in order to adhere to product Specifications.
  • Maintaining raw material specification documentation.
  • Sampling of finished product for microbial analysis.

Ability to use measuring devices Good written and verbal communication skills Keen attention to detail
