Job Description

 To liaise and negotiate with contractor, suppliers, consultants for any contractual matters.
 To obtaining quotation from supplier and sub contractors payment
 Survey price material in market and make comparison.
 Perform any ad-hoc / additional assignment as assigned by superior / reporting to head from time to time.
 Estimate the costs for the construction.
 Budget and order management. Cooperate with Production Department, Sale Department and Purchase Department.
 Liaise with sub-contractor, sourcing and calling for quotation for comparison purpose.
 Prepare work progress report.
