o To be based on the customer premise.
o 1st Level Support & Troubleshooting.
o Oversee customer day-to-day IT operation and provide support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of issues reported.
o Communicate with customers while investigating or providing problem resolutions.
o Ensure maximum possible service availability and performance.
o Assist and troubleshoot customers’ difficulties in any IT related issues.
o Update and maintain all current and future documentation.
o Coordinate & supervise vendor activity at the customer premise.
o Prepare technical documents upon request (ATP, RCA, RFO, MOP, HLD, LLD, etc.)
o Install, Configure, Test & Commissioning network devices (Routers, Switch, Firewall, Wireless Controller, Access Point, CCTV, PABX etc.)
o Escalate & work closely with 2nd Level engineer for an unresolved issues
