Job Description

Our client (manufacturing) is looking for junior candidate who can speak Mandarin to deal with China customer. The work location is at Masai, Johor.

  1. Customer Interaction: You’ll handle inquiries and requirements from customers. Think of it as being the go-to person when customers need assistance.
  2. Quotations and Documentation: You’ll create price quotes for customers and handle internal company inquiries. Additionally, you’ll prepare important documents like order confirmations, invoices, and bills of lading.
  3. Logistics Coordination: Coordinating with the factory, you’ll ensure smooth support for both local and overseas customers. This involves arranging deliveries and liaising with transporters.
  4. Record Keeping: Managing a set of sales records is crucial. It’s like keeping a neat and organized folder with all the important details.
  5. Export Shipments: Lastly, you’ll work closely with customers, carriers, and transporters for export shipments via sea and air freight. Imagine making sure everything is set for a safe journey!
