Job Description
- To develop lubricant sales to drive company revenue
- Managing own territory set by Sales Manager
- To use an internal sales system process in managing sales
- Responsible to generate leads and increase pipeline number in the sales system
- Servicing existing customers / new prospect
- To plan weekly sales visits within designated area
- To prepare and present sales proposals to current and prospective customers
- To achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets based on KPI set
- To prepare quotations for customers as per sales procedure
- Required to submit sales and activities reports to Sales Manager
- To ensure the Key Performance Indicators for sales, volumes & margins are delivered as per plan
- To execute cross-selling of group products, especially on petroleum products and services
