Job Description

  1. Position has the responsibility to execute tendering process from start to finish.
  2. Responsible for the sales of equipment supplied by the company.
  3. Organize and coordinate activities and input from stakeholders during tendering stage.
  4. Responsible to ensure all tender requirements are met.
  5. Liaising with external providers to obtain tender information, prices and documentations.
  6. Responsible to prepare technical and administration documentation for tendering process.
  7. Advising tendering team on external providers capabilities and requirements.
  8. Responsible to get quotations from the relevant external providers
  9. Responsible to keep track of prices offered by external providers for all participated tenders.
  10. Analyses external providers documentation and technical evaluation to ensure they meet tender requirements.
  11. Prepare summary of prices received from external providers and report on any discrepancies.
  12. Responsible to keep track of tendering price submitted and list of tendering prices offered by others for future reference.
  13. Responsible in documenting all tendering processes and updating tender reports accordingly.
  14. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  15. Responsible for both the quality of ORASKO deliverables and effective execution of tendering process.
  16. Shall be assigned to functional duties whenever required.
