Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • Lead and manage I4 projects as PJM or Technical Lead involving cross functions and multi discipline (hardware, software) and ensure successful integration to process work method.
  • Drive automation solution or AI related projects with production, engineering and solution provider (internal/external) to actualize business values.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders to improve and optimize process and cost position by challenging status quo and limitations.
  • Ensure high project execution quality from ideation to deployment.

 

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Master’s degree/Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering and equivalent fields.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in the related environment.
  • Preferably PJM certification (e.g. IPMA, PMP).
  • Knowledge in manufacturing process (preferably semicon), automation, robotics, and sensor system or test equipment developments will be an advantage
  • Self-driven, result oriented and possess strong analytical skills
  • Able to work with cross-functional team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder.
