Job Description

In your new role you will:

  • Identify, drive and execute potential areas of cost improvement for TCR
  • Drive EMP activity & best practice sharing for standard & non-standard equipment & process
  • Perform and evaluate innovation idea/risk assessment/engineering study
  • Technical support for production if any complex process-related issues arise
  • Create and update equipment procurement specifications when required
  • Interphase to equipment vendor for technical issues/discussion
  • FAR support – Lead or support any QM topic ( task force & focus team )

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Good aptitude in engineering analysis, problem-solving and solution-finding, working experience on analytical methodology, eg 8D, DOE, SPC, FMEA, etc is preferred
  • Knowledge of equipment and process on molding process.
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodology and Change Management tool
  • Good communication skills and able to work independently
  • Strong team player and ability to work with cross-functional team
  • Self-motivated and hands-on
