Job Description

Our hotel-based at Pengerang is looking for a storekeeper:

Job Descriptions:

1) Maintain the operations of storeroom
2) Assign and arrange the duty roster for store staff
3) Develop and share the knowledge to all staff
4) Evaluate the job of Store staff for performance evaluation
5) Review all GRN (Good Received Note) together with all supporting document of requisition, sign and distributed to Cost Control.
6) Control all stock of store items
7) Review Purchase Request, Market List, confirmed and sign
8) Inspect all store (regularly), see everything well function and in order
9) Checked result of Monthly inventory
10) Maintain the operating equipment stock, do physical inventory quarterly
11) Propose to Area Cost Controller the idea about all condemned / out of order items
12) Meet and discuss with Area Cost Controller the strategy of business, give contribution to achieve Company Vision
13) Collect all requisition from the box or see from system
14) Provide the equipment, containers, plastic bag and other tools as preparation to issue the items
15) Issue all goods requested by user, if necessary, inform the user after preparation is done
16) Post all supporting data of requisition to the system
17) Maintain the number of par stock (should not less than minimum level)
18) Whenever received store items from Receiving, ensure to have supporting document
19) Arrange all perishables and groceries items on the places in the store
20) Reported to cost control all slow-moving items
21) Check temperature at all cold room
22) Keep the door of the store closed and locked all the time
23) Do monthly physical inventory together with Cost Control staff
24) Store all the keys to Security Office
25) Possesses full knowledge of emergency procedures of emergency response
26) Do any other works necessary for the hotel and/or specific tasks assigned by the superior(s)
27) As the Hotel is into full multitasking, you may be required to transfer from one section to another in the same division as deemed necessary by your Division Head
28) Maintain the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and colleagues
