Job Description

  1. To liaise with clients on their requirements and check shipping documents to ensure it is in order before the clearance jobs.
  2. To arrange for custom form preparation and request transportation arrangement either by lorry or haulier.
  3. To monitor the submission of bill of lading to shipping lines and check completion stuffing of containers.
  4. To monitor documents which have been to custom are processed for cargo clearance and payment of duty has been done as per custom’s regulation and ruling.
  5. To check with clients of their cargoes completion for stuffing and check documents which have been received from clients are correct and in order.

 

(Note: Good command of written and spoken in English language.)

Required skills

1) Able to work independently with minimum supervision 2) Possess good interpersonal skills
