Job Description

  • To provide technical support to customer either remote/phone or email.
  • To assist in escalating support case(s) to vendor and facilitate remote session with vendor.
  • To prepare MOP and assist on-site engineer in resolving technical issue.
  • To obtain technical certification for products that company distributes.
  • To provide workable (or alternative) solution based on customer’s requirement.
  • To follow up on support case(s) assigned until the case(s) has been resolved and closed.
  • To be able to carry out support by reading manual when given a new product when there is no prior training given.
