Qualifications Bachelor Degree
Managing and monitoring all installed network appliances, systems and related infrastructure (cloud and on-premise).
Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining network-related operating systems, applications/software/management tools.
Update and maintain operation systems, firewall, software and antivirus.
Provide expertise for the overall network systems infrastructure and its support as it relates to all IT technologies.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and systems problems.
Maintain the hardware and software assets of the company, including system rollouts, software licensing and hardware decommissioning.
Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization.
Work closely with cross functional departments for helpdesk support.
Setup employee software including email, chat tools, video calls and etc.
Liaise with vendors and supplier of hardware, software and internet service.
Maintain current backup and restore procedures and testing.
To manage daily, weekly, monthly backup and data recovery processes.
Identify and suggest possible improvement on procedures and solutions.
Any ad-hoc task as assigned by Superior.
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT support/related field.
Having experience or knowledge in Synology NAS
Understand MS Office/ERP
Experience or knowledge in any programming language are added advantage
Exceptional with strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience in software/hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting
A flexible attitude and willingness to assist when required
