Job Description

– Conduct physical site survey at customer premise
– Prepare sketches, notes, digital images during survey
– Marking and reserved with masking tape during survey
– Confirm details information survey with customer before leaving site
– Check availability of power (DCPDB) & Breaker
– Check cabling route for fiber/power/grounding
– Check distance DCPDB and Equipment Rack
– Check distance ODF and Equipment Rack
– Check site readiness for crane usage during installation
– Check and evaluate path for loading and lifting equipment to the installation room
– Prepare complete & comprehensive report based on survey information within agreed SLA
– Amend reports based on customer comments
