- A sales agent who is able to handle multiple concurrent sales inquiries via call, chat, video conference and other digital assets from customers.
- Identify and perform cross/ up-selling opportunities and activity by analyzing customer profile, recommending the most suitable package, actively promote the latest promotions/ services, and knows how to communicate value to the customers.
- To channel and escalate any unresolved issues/complaints to other stakeholders or the next level, within the agreed procedure.
- Proactively identify areas for service & procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader.
- Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve quality results & productivity.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as requested.
