Job Description

  • To conduct business development and market the professional services offered by the firm
  • To conduct site inspection for various properties
  • To conduct market analysis for the sales comparables and prepare valuation report
  • To attend hearing in Land Office and High Court
  • To assist on the day-to-day tasks of inspections, valuation workings and any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management
  • Preferably with compulsory land acquisition experience
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Property/Real Estate management
    • Ability to work and deliver task under pressure and tight deadline
    • Possess own transport and willing to travel
    • Well versed in MS Excel and Word
